Apply Online for Old Age, Widow and Spouse Leaver and Disability Allowance
Details
The application for elderly, widow/husband abandoned and disabled allowance can be applied at the Union Parishad till 10-09-2023. If you are willing to apply, then you can apply by following the below conditions.
01) In case of old age allowance, male should be 65 years and female should be 62 years and in case of widow, death certificate of husband; in case of desertion of husband, chairman's certificate and in case of disabled allowance, suborn card issued by Social Service Office will be required.

02) National identity card will be required for application and birth certificate in case of disability
03) An active mobile number in which development/cash will be open but not applicable to such mobile number receiving any other allowance.
